Hurricane Hanna

Last night saw the news on FOX and realised that Hurricane Hanna will be heading our way. Hmm...something which we have never experienced before, Kai looked kind of worried but anxious also to see what a hurricane will be like.

Today is a Saturday and we were suppose to go to New Jersey to meet hubby's colleague who will then bring us on his yacht and set sail to see the Statue of Liberty and the suroundings and spend a night on his boat. But because of the coming bad weather, we had it postponed to another day.

A day of rain.

Hurricane Hanna finally arrived but by the time it headed towards inland, it was reduced to heavy rain and strong winds. Yes, thank God for that. Other than dashing out to buy groceries, we were stuck indoor most of the time. Perhaps, it is a preparation for the wintery days.

Friends, aren't you glad that even on a stormy day in Singapore, life still goes on as usual. So, I say, be thankful.
