Winter....

Not sure if it was the wintry weather or he was really bored in class. I received a call from the school nurse this morning, she said Kai was sleeping in class and so his class teacher sent him down to the sick bay.

This being our very first winter, we were all adjusting to it. Weather was really cold, in fact, freezing for us. Temperature was always hovering about the minus deg C. The early sunset at 4.30pm every day made matters worst. It was dreary, dreary and more dreary. Sigh....and Ann has caught a really bad cough.

But the wonderful thing about winter were the white beautiful snow and the beautiful Christmas lights decorated outside most of the homes.

Like all things, there are the good and the bad, the beautiful and the ugly. We just have to go through this winter and pray that it would not go any colder...
