We have been here for close to a year and we have yet to visit the capital of USA. We decided that we should pay it a visit and thus, this road trip.
Washington DC, here we come! We might just be able to catch a glimpse of the new president!

On our way to the National Air and Space Museum, we spotted a squirrel and guess what, it actually strike poses for us to take its picture!

Do you know that Washington does not belong to any state. It is just a district. Hence, the name Washington DC (District of Columbia)
We fell in love with this beautiful place with lots of museums, monuments and parks. Even the kids love it. The place is clean and and the people very nice. In fact, this place is many times better than NYC in my opinion.
Beautiful parks which we really enjoyed walking in there. God always gives us wonderful weather for our road trips. It was a hot but cool day!

I love DC too...There is such a different feeling in the air when you are there. Perhaps it's the wide open spaces, perhaps it's the imposing buildings.
Yes, DC is really beautiful and so far, it is the only place in US that I am able to see cleaners cleaning up the streets
