Kai's first day of school all on his OWN. He wanted to take the school bus with his friends. Unwillingly, I agreed. When you have an independent child, having a mind of his own, you can only entrust his safety to the almighty One.
When the school bus came to pick him up, I was so upset. Like all mothers I was worried and anxious. Would he be bullied, would he know what to do, would he catch the right bus home....
Kai finally came back from school. Happy and chirpy. Talked about the 4 friends he had already made in school. How true, many times, our worries were unnecessary.
